Vigabyte is built on high capacity infrastructure, deploying a mix of Sun Microsystems storage area network hardware and servers and VMware virtualisation software.
The following is taken from a reply email from Vigabyte sales, as of 22 May 2007.
VMWare, possibly using ESX Server, which makes Vigabyte more of an IT infrastructure than plain VPS hosting.
Note – as Vigabytes use VMWare for hardware virtualisation, in theory it can run any operating system that VMWare supports.
03/06/2007 – Nicholas Orr: It's Been 100 Days
So I followed the sign-up process on the site paid the money got an invoice and haven’t herd boo out of them at all. I’ve tried contacting them through their contact us form and e-mail and no response has come my way. These guys are running a bloody scam and 11 days is long enough, time to get my money back.

I’d caution you from rushing into this service, my suggestion is to try calling them first and see how happy you are with that process. My feeling is that whilst Vigabyte appears promising, and they seem to have worked out what people want and have the photoshop resources to make it look ready and able, based on my experiences it is presently not a viable option. I’m not pleased with them at all!

I have just wasted about 6 weeks with them and I'll not be using them again. If only I had seeked out forum opinions before I signed up.

People, don't do it. Just don't! These people look a lot bigger and more professional on first inspection than they really are. Don't be tempted by the cheap prices.
