Our hardware is based on DELL hardware (servers, network devices etc). We are using hotspare hardware and "next day" SLA. The servers in question are:

  * 2 x Quad Core Xeon E5530 or higher
  * 72GB ECC RAM
  * Multiple Enteprise HDDs in RAID10 array for data redundancy and high performance
  * 1 Gigabit network
  * Dual firewall with bandwidth and failover
